Effective June 12, 2026
These terms govern your use of Daily Deal Brief. By connecting your Gmail, you agree to them.
Daily Deal Brief reads your incoming email, uses AI to identify and sort brand-partnership opportunities, and sends you one daily briefing with reply drafts for the real deals.
You must be 18 or older and connect a Gmail account you own and are authorized to use. You're responsible for activity under your account.
The reply drafts we generate are suggestions for your convenience. We never send email on your behalf. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and sending any reply, and for the terms of any deal you enter into.
The service is provided "as is." AI classification is not perfect — it may mislabel an email, miss a real opportunity, or surface something that isn't a fit. We are not liable for any deal you miss, decline, or accept based on the briefing. Always use your own judgment.
Don't use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer it.
You can disconnect your Gmail in one click from your dashboard at any time, which stops the briefings and revokes our access. See our Privacy Policy for data deletion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daily Deal Brief is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost opportunities or profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.
We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service anytime.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA.
If we change these terms we'll update the date above and, for material changes, notify you.
